Abstract:
A microfluidic chip for nucleic acid synthesis. The microfluidic chip comprises a reaction chamber, one or more input microchannels connected to an inlet of the reaction chamber, output microchannels connected to an outlet of the reaction chamber, at least one valve used for controlling fluid input of the input microchannels, at least one valve used for controlling flow of a fluid flowing in and/out of the reaction chamber, and at least one valve used for controlling fluid output of the output microchannels. A microfluidic system for the microfluidic chip, a using method therefor, and uses thereof.
