Abstract:
The present application provides a microfluidic chip for preventing bubble formation, comprising: an inlet part through which a sample solution flows in; a reaction chamber in which a predetermined reaction is performed on the sample solution; an outlet part through which the sample solution on which the predetermined reaction has been performed is discharged; and a channel connecting the inlet part to the reaction chamber to the outlet part, wherein a lyophilized reagent is included inside the reaction chamber.
