Abstract:
A microfluidic chip (10) for testing a protein antigen, and a method, a kit and a system. A test method for a protein antigen comprises the following steps: mixing a sample under test with a reaction reagent, and then preparing a plurality of droplets from a mixture of said sample and the reaction reagent by using microfluidic technology, wherein the reaction reagent comprises an antibody marked with a marker and an electrolyte provider, the antibody marked with the marker can be specially bound with a protein antigen in said sample to form an antigen-antibody compound, a plurality of antigen-antibody compounds are wrapped in the droplet, and the plurality of antigen-antibody compounds can be subjected to an agglutination reaction under the action of the electrolyte provider; and measuring the intensity of a signal corresponding to the agglutination reaction in each droplet that is formed by said sample and the reaction reagent after the agglutination reaction, and analyzing same, so as to determine the amount of the protein antigen in said sample. The test method is simple and convenient, does not require multiple steps of sample loading and cleaning, consumes a small amount of reagent, and has a good reproducibility.
