Abstract:
The present invention relates to a microfluidic chip, comprising a function board, wherein a transition flow channel and a sorting flow channel are arranged on the function board. One end of the transition flow channel is connected to an inlet flow channel, and the width of the transition flow channel in a direction perpendicular to an extension direction of the transition flow channel is greater than the width of the inlet flow channel in the direction perpendicular to an extension direction of the inlet flow channel. The sorting flow channel is connected to the other end of the transition flow channel. The width of the sorting flow channel in the direction perpendicular to an extension direction of the sorting flow channel is greater than the width of the transition flow channel in the direction perpendicular to the extension direction of the transition flow channel. A deepened flow channel is dug into one side of the sorting flow channel, the deepened flow channel is provided in the extension direction of the sorting flow channel, and the depth of the deepened flow channel is greater than that of the sorting flow channel. A transition flow channel, the width of which is smaller than that of a sorting flow channel, is designed, and a deepened flow channel, the depth of which is greater than that of the sorting flow channel, is also designed in the sorting flow channel, such that before entering the sorting flow channel, particles in a sample can form a belt by means of gathering under inertia through a shorter length of the flow channel, and a deepened flow channel is provided in one side away from a circulating tumor cell, so as to disturb the motion state of leukocytes.
