Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure are a microfluidic detection chip and a using method therefor. The microfluidic detection chip comprises: a liquid storage layer comprising a first liquid storage hole and a second liquid storage hole; a top cover layer comprising a through hole corresponding to the first liquid storage hole and a sample adding hole corresponding to the second liquid storage hole; a bottom cover layer comprising a through hole corresponding to the first liquid storage hole; a first sealing layer, which is located between the liquid storage layer and the bottom cover layer and comprises: a first sealing structure configured to seal the first liquid storage hole; a microchannel layer, which is located between the first sealing layer and the bottom cover layer and comprises: a first open hole corresponding to the first liquid storage hole, a second open hole corresponding to the second liquid storage hole, and a first microchannel communicating the first open hole and the second open hole, wherein the first microchannel is located on the side of the microchannel layer facing the bottom cover layer; a first elastic sealing layer located on the side of the microchannel layer away from the bottom cover layer; and a second elastic sealing layer, which is located between the liquid storage layer and the top cover layer and comprises the sample adding hole corresponding to the second liquid storage hole.
