Abstract:

A microfluidic device according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a body, which has a chamber formed therein so as to contain a sample, and which can rotate such that the sample contained in the chamber is moved by centrifugal force; an insertion portion arranged at the center of rotation of the body, at least a part of the insertion portion being inserted/formed such that a driving portion, which rotates/drives the body, is coupled thereto; and a sample injection portion, at least a part of which extends so as to slope with regard to the axis of rotation of the body such that the same faces the chamber from the insertion portion.
