Abstract:
A microfluidic system (100) comprises a chip retaining part (10) for retaining a microchip having a plurality of reservoirs, a chip cover, a seal member, a dispensing probe (30), a suction mechanism (40), a first storage part (51) for storing a first cleaning liquid, a second storage part (52) for storing a second cleaning liquid, a pump (70), a path switching part (60), and a control part, the path switching part (70) being configured so as to be able to be in at least any of a first state in which the first storage part (51) and the upstream side of the pump (70) are communicated, and a state in which the first storage part (51) and the downstream side of the pump (70) are communicated, and the control part controlling operation of the path switching part (60) and the pump (70) so that the first cleaning liquid is suctioned in the second state, and the second cleaning liquid is injected from the dispensing probe (30) to the reservoir after the first cleaning liquid is injected from the dispensing probe (30) to the reservoir in the first state.
