Abstract:
A microfluidics chip flexible mold partial reinforcement forming apparatus and a method, the apparatus comprising a processing tank (50) disposed on a machine tool (10), a mold master plate (40) having a mold master plate (40) clamp being mounted in the processing tank (50), a cathode of an electrophoresis auxiliary system (30) being connected to a main shaft (11) of the machine tool (10), an output terminal of the electrophoresis auxiliary system (30) being connected to the cathode and the mold master plate (40) clamp and used to generate an auxiliary electric field between the mold master plate (40) and the cathode, causing a colloid particle circulating system (20) to deposit a mixed colloid formed by mixing reinforcing colloid particles and a filler colloid in a flexible mold region to be reinforced, and a vacuum and temperature control system (60), used to perform heat treatment, curing and forming of the formed mixed colloid. By means of the auxiliary electric field generated by the electrophoresis auxiliary system (30) between the mold master plate (40) and the electrophoresis cathode, the present invention realizes directed deposition of nanoparticles in a mixed colloid, controlling nanoparticle reinforcement position of a mold while increasing mechanical strength of a flexible mold, achieving the goal of reinforcing mechanical strength in specific regions.
