Abstract:
A near-eye display (100), comprising a display screen (101) facing human eyes, a microlens array (102) located at the side of the display screen (101) close to the human eyes, and an image adjusting unit. The display screen (101) has a plurality of display areas (101a) that are separate from each other. Each display area (101a) displays correspondingly one subimage. The subimages displayed by all the display areas (101a) are combined so as to present a whole image without blanks and overlaps for a user. The microlens array (102) focuses the image displayed by the display screen (101) to a near-eye image that can be seen by the human eyes. Each microlens corresponds to one display area (101a). The image adjusting unit adjusts the size of the image displayed by each display area (101a) according to an eyesight state of the user in real time and/or the image adjusting unit moves the position of each display area (101a) according to a gazing direction of the user in real time so that no matter which gazing direction of the user is, the subimage displayed by each display area (101a) can be refracted to the human eyes through the microlens array (102).
