Abstract:

A microlens centering instrument comprising a base (12), a self-centering rotary component fixed to the base (12), a lens outer-circle outline deviation adjustment mechanism (9), and a self-collimating microscope (1); and further comprising a vacuum suction apparatus (8). The self-centering rotary component comprises a compact ball bearing-type precision rotary shaft system (4), an upper four-dimensional adjustment mechanism (51) fixed to said shaft system (4), and a microlens support ring (6) fixed to said adjustment mechanism (51); the support ring (6) and the shaft system (4) are coaxially arranged; the support ring (6) is a hollow cavity; the support ring (6) is in communication with the vacuum suction apparatus (8) by means of a vacuum suction tube (81); and the self-collimating microscope (8) is connected to an external computer by means of an electric cable. The present microlens centering instrument, by means of the vacuum-type support ring (6), allows for automatic centering of the center of the outer circle of a microlens under test, and only requires use of an imaging method to adjust the outer-circle outline in order to be able to measure an inner-circle center C2. The present invention simplifies the measurements steps, and improves one-piece lens testing time. The testing process involves non-contact measurement and does not damage the outer circle of the lens.
