The present invention relates to a microneedle cap system in which a container having an active substance contained therein and a microneedle unit serving to help penetration of an active substance into the skin are formed integrally with each other while means for adjusting the outflow rate of the active substance are provided, so that the active substance and microneedles are concurrently applied to the skin while simple and easily adjusting the outflow rate of the active substance depending on the kind of the active substance and the need of a user, thereby enhancing transdermal absorption efficiency of the active substance. According to the microneedle cap system of the present invention, a user can adjust the outflow rate of skin application substance so as to conform to the use purpose of the substance, thereby improving convenience of use of the microneedle cap system by the user.
