Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a microneedle including surface-modified microspheres and a manufacturing method therefor, wherein the surface-modified microspheres are superb in sustained release effect due to their improved retention in the body due and thus are suitable for use in the treatment of diseases requiring continuous drug administration. The microneedle including drug-containing surface-modified microspheres according to the present invention is useful for the treatment of diseases requiring continuous drug administration because it has an excellent sustained-release effect due to its improved retention in the body.
