Abstract:
The present invention relates to a Saccharomyces sp. microorganism having a lactic acid productive capacity, and a method for producing a lactic acid using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a Saccharomyces sp. microorganism having a lactic acid productive capacity, mutated such that activity of pyruvate decarboxylase (PDC) is weakened or inactivated compared to intrinsic activity, ATP-citrate lyase (ACL) activity is introduced, and a pyruvate biosynthetic pathway is potentiated compared to an intrinsic biosynthetic pathway, and a method for producing a lactic acid using the same.
