Abstract:
A microorganism separating device, comprising a specimen liquid supply means (30) supplying a specimen liquid (40) in a specimen liquid container (32) to a first flow passage (12), a microorganism sensor (22) capable of detecting a single microorganisms in the specimen liquid (40) passing the first flow passage (12), a controller (24) stopping the supply of the specimen liquid (40) to the first flow passage (12) based on the detected results on the microorganisms by the microorganism sensor (22) and discharging the detected microorganisms together with the specimen liquid (40) from the terminal side of the first flow passage (12), and receiving containers (52) receiving the liquid drips (28) of the specimen liquid (40) discharged from the terminal side of the first flow passage (12). Thus, the microorganisms in the specimen liquid can be efficiently separated one by one in a living state.
