Abstract:
The main purpose of the present technology is to provide a microparticle isolation device and a microparticle isolation method capable of highly efficiently isolating target microparticles. This technology provides a microparticle isolation device, and the like, comprising: a flow path structure including a main flow path through which a first liquid containing microparticles flows, a recovery flow path through which particles to be recovered among the microparticles are recovered, and a connection flow path which connects the main flow path and the recovery flow path; and a control unit that provides a pressure change in the recovery flow path and recovers the particles to be recovered through the recovery flow path. The control unit provides a pressure change in the positive direction, generates pressure vibration PVr in the recovery flow path, and performs a recovery operation Cr for recovering the particles to be recovered by means of a pressure change in the negative direction generated through the pressure vibration PVr.
