Abstract:
The present invention discloses a microporous film comprising an object obtained by stretching a fluororesin film, wherein the fluororesin film comprises an object obtained by sintering a plurality of core/shell particles including fluororesins, the core/shell particles each comprising a core and a shell covering the outer surface of the core. The core/shell particles before being sintered have an average particle diameter of 100-1,000 nm and have a ratio of the volume of the shells to the volume of the cores of 2/98 to 50/50. The fluororesin of the cores is a tetrafluoroethylene/hexafluoropropylene copolymer, a tetrafluoroethylene/perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer, or a combination of these. The fluororesin of the shells is polytetrafluoroethylene. The fluororesins of the core/shell particles have a quantity of heat of first fusion of 68 J/g or less.
