Abstract:
A microreactor used for a contact reaction of a substrate and a gas accelerated through a metal catalyst or a metal complex catalyst comprising a microchannel (10), a supercritical fluid supply section (20) for supplying a mixture of a substrate, a gas reacting on the substrate and a supercritical fluid to the microchannel (10), and a collecting section (30) for collecting reaction products in the microchannel, wherein the microchannel (10) has a channel (4) provided in the substrate and a metal catalyst or a metal complex catalyst of a solid phase is carried on the inner wall of the channel (4). The mixture is introduced into the channel (4) and fed continuously at a predetermined flow rate under a predetermined pressure at a predetermined temperature. For example, hydrogenation reaction can be carried out in a short time with a high yield through a two-phase contact reaction of a substrate.
