Abstract:
A microscope device is provided with a microscope section; a chamber arranged adjacent
to the microscope section for storing a sample to be observed by the microscope section;
a humidifier connected to the chamber for humidifying inside the chamber; a chamber
temperature sensor for measuring the temperature inside the chamber; a microscope
temperature sensor for measuring the temperature of the microscope section;
a humidifier temperature sensor for measuring the temperature of the humidifier;
and a judging apparatus for judging whether microscope observation is possible
or not, based on output obtained from the chamber temperature sensor, the microscope
temperature sensor and the humidifier temperature sensor.
