Abstract:
A microscope objective optical system and an optical device. A catoptric structure is used, and specifically a mode of combining a catoptric relay lens group and a complex transmissive collimating lens group is used, so that higher-order spherical aberration is effectively corrected, the astigmatism, field curvature, and primary and higher-order comatic aberration related to a field of view are controlled, and in the waveband range of 320-800nm, the field of view greater than 2mm is realized, a numerical aperture is 1.0, and the imaging quality reaches diffraction limit.
