Abstract:
A microscopic imaging apparatus, comprising a laser generator (1) used for generating laser, and a frequency modulation device (2), a scanning galvanometer device (3) and a microscopic device (4) that are sequentially disposed along the optical path of the laser; the frequency modulation device (2) comprises a coupling lens (21), an optical fiber (22), a decoupling lens (23), a first optical filter (24), a germanium sheet (25), and a medium-density attenuation sheet (26) that are sequentially disposed along the optical path of the laser. By using a soliton self-frequency shift effect of the laser in the optical fiber (22), after the laser generates a frequency shift in the polarization-maintaining large mode area optical fiber (22), the frequency of the laser is selected by using the first optical filter (24), thereby attaining a laser having a corresponding frequency and wavelength for use in laser scanning microscopy.
