Abstract:
The present invention relates to microspheres comprising baricitinib, a method for producing same, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising same. The microspheres comprising baricitinib, according to the present invention, exhibit stable drug release over a long period of time and can maintain an effective concentration of baricitinib in the blood for a certain period of time, and thus can extend a drug administration cycle, increase patient medication compliance, and reduce side effects caused by rapid initial release of a drug.
