Abstract:
The present invention discloses a microstructure comprising cyclosporin A. A microstructure comprising cyclosporin A according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a microstructure; and a coating layer formed by applying a medicinal cyclosporin A fluid containing cyclosporin A to the surface of the microstructure, wherein the medicinal cyclosporine A fluid acts to treat or prevent at least one disease among autoimmune diseases, inflammatory diseases, and transplant rejection after transdermal or intradermal drug delivery thereof.
