Title:
MICROSWITCH
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/1984/000248
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The microswitch comprises an insulating base, stationary contacts mounted on the insulating base (1), a movable contact (4) for selectively commutating the stationary contacts (2, 3), a driving element (5) and a switching mechanism for switching the movable contact (4) through the driving element (5). The switching mechanism for the movable contact (4) is comprised of a driving lever (6), an intermediate lever (7), a flat spring (8) and a blade (9), each of them being consequently connected to the other. The driving lever (6) and the blade (9) are articulated on the insulating base (1), ends of the intermediate lever (7) and of the flat spring (8) are connected to each other and rest on an arrester (17). The movable contact (4) is provided on the free end (12) of the blade (9). The flat spring (8) is connected with the end (16) of the blade (9), which end is opposite to the end on which the arrester (17) and the movable contact (4) are provided. The middle portion of the blade (9) is connected to the insulating base (1) so that a joint is provided between the movable contact (4) and the place where the ends (16, 15) of the blade (9) and of the flat spring (8) are connected.
