Abstract:
A microwave-based test device, comprising a microwave module, an antenna module, a signal processing module and a data processing module. The antenna module comprises a transmitting antenna (10) and a receiving antenna (11), and a sample to be tested (12) is arranged between the transmitting antenna (10) and the receiving antenna (11); the microwave module is connected to the antenna module, and is used for providing excitation and detection of a microwave signal; the signal processing module is connected to the microwave module, and comprises an amplitude measurement circuit, an amplitude attenuation measurement circuit and a phase-shift detection circuit; and the data processing module is connected to the signal processing module, and is used for performing calculation processing on an obtained feature value of a microwave test signal, so as to obtain a test parameter value of said sample (12).
