Abstract:
A microwave device structure for implementing high-order mode suppression and an implementation method therefor, wherein the structure comprises a substrate integrated waveguide and a microstrip line (21), and the structure is capable of suppressing a high-order mode in a substrate integrated waveguide having a via-hole boundary and an open boundary, and has no significant influence on the transmission of a main mode. The structure can implement excellent stop-band performance in a substrate integrated waveguide filter.
