Abstract:
Disclosed is a microwave device welding base body, comprising a cavity (1) and a welding groove (2) provided on the cavity (1), wherein an inner side wall of the welding groove (2) is provided with at least one tin accommodating space (6), and the tin accommodating space (6) extends in a direction forming an included angle with an inner side of the welding groove (2). Further disclosed is a microwave device using the microwave device welding base body. Arranging a tin accommodating space (6) on the inner side of the welding groove (2), so that some welding flux (3) enters the tin accommodating space (6) when welding, thus after the welding flux (3) solidifies, the welding flux (3) is fixed in the tin accommodating space (6) and the welding flux (3) does not fall off easily, solving the problems that welding points are not firm and the welding flux falls off easily in existing microwave device welding solutions.
