Abstract:
Disclosed is a microwave ferrite device, comprising a cavity and a magnetic circuit assembly, wherein the magnetic circuit assembly comprises a central conductor, and further comprises a radio frequency load chip, the radio frequency load chip being fixed onto the cavity and being electrically connected to one end of the central conductor. Additionally providing the radio frequency load chip enables the microwave ferrite device to be capable of bearing an input of a higher power, and additionally providing the radio frequency load chip facilitates the adjustment of an isolation degree by a worker, significantly reduces the debugging difficulty of the microwave ferrite device, improves the debugging speed, and is beneficial for improving the consistency of the microwave ferrite device. The present invention has a simple structure and is easy to process. Providing a load cover can fully and effectively protect a load. Providing a dielectric block is beneficial for improving the electrical properties of the microwave ferrite device. A lower housing made of red copper can not only have the function of fixing the magnetic circuit assembly and the radio frequency load chip, but also have the function of cooling the radio frequency load chip.
