Abstract:
The present invention has a configuration to control a motor (15) so as to cause a radiation antenna (5) to stop in an orientation in which the amount of detected reflection waves is minimum, and to cause the radiation antenna (5) to stop in an orientation that is different from the orientation wherein the minimum is reached. According to this configuration, first, the radiation antenna (5) is stopped in an orientation wherein the amount of detected reflection waves is the minimum. In this manner, the heating duration under the most efficient conditions is extended, and the heating efficiency is improved even more than when constant rotation is used. Second, the radiation antenna (5) is stopped in a different orientation. In this manner, uneven heating arises in an orientation that is different from that of the uneven heating arising in the orientation wherein the amount of detected reflection waves is the minimum. As a result, the uneven heating arising at different positions cancel each other out, allowing uniform heating to be achieved.
