Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a microwave heating device capable of partially heating a subject to be heated at the time of heating the subject by irradiating the subject with microwaves. [Solution] Disclosed is a microwave heating device that heats a subject to be heated by irradiating the subject with microwaves radiated from a planar antenna. The problem is solved by means of the microwave heating device characterized in that a radiation electrode of the planar antenna is formed in a square shape, one side of which has a length that is substantially 1/4 of the wavelength λ of the microwaves.
