Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a microwave heating and drying apparatus for industrial powder materials. The apparatus comprises a drying box body and a supporting base arranged at the bottom of the drying box body, wherein a feeding box is provided on one side of the drying box body, and a discharging box is provided on the other side of the drying box body; a discharging port is provided at the bottom of the discharging box, and a feeding hopper is provided at the top of the feeding box; a conveying mechanism is arranged inside the drying box body; one end of the conveying mechanism extends into the feeding box, and the other end of the conveying mechanism extends into the discharging box; a reciprocating mechanism is arranged inside the drying box body and above the conveying mechanism; and a bearing base is arranged at the bottom of the reciprocating mechanism, and a microwave generator is arranged at the bottom of the bearing base. By providing a series of structures, the present invention realizes microwave heating and drying of powder materials conveyed from the feeding box to the discharging box, and improves the uniformity and efficiency of microwave heating and drying of the powder materials; and the surface of a conveyor belt is cleaned, which avoids waste and contamination caused by the scattering of powder during conveying and is energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
