Abstract:
A microwave kitchen waste processor, comprising a rack provided with a hopper thereon; the hopper is provided with a mixing rod therein; the hopper and the mixing rod are respectively connected to a drive motor via chains; a microwave generator and an exhaust fan are disposed above the hopper; position sensitive switches are disposed above, below, and in the middle of the hopper; the hopper is also provided with a temperature and humidity probe therein; the temperature and humidity probe is connected to a thermo-hygrometer; the drive motor, the microwave generator, the thermo-hygrometer, the exhaust fan, and the position sensitive switches are all electrically connected to a PLC controller; a microwave drying technique is employed to prepare organic fish food by adding a formulation to a dried semi-finished product. The kitchen waste processor is specially provided with a radiation-proof mechanical design owing to the use of the microwave technique, avoids microwave leakage during drying process, is power saving and small in size, and does not produce odors or noise.
