A microwave oven control device, a microwave oven control method and a microwave oven comprising the microwave oven control device. The microwave oven control method comprises: determining energy needing to be absorbed by food to be heated in a microwave oven; controlling the microwave oven, so that same heats the food to be heated; detecting an incident power of the microwave oven; detecting a reflection power of the microwave oven; calculating the microwave energy accumulatively output from the microwave oven according to the incident power and the reflection power; and in the case where the accumulatively output microwave energy reaches the energy needing to be absorbed by the food to be heated, controlling the microwave oven to stop heating. By means of the control method and the microwave oven control device for implementing the control method, an output microwave power of a microwave oven containing the control device can be quantitatively detected, and by detecting the output microwave energy, accurate control over the microwave output can be achieved.
