Abstract:
An instant food lunch box, comprising a lunch box cover (3) and a lunch box body (2). The lunch box cover (3) covers the lunch box body (2) to form an internal space of the lunch box to be heated by microwaves, and a food accommodating portion (21) is arranged in the internal space of the lunch box. A first water storage portion (22) suited to holding water is provided in the internal space of the lunch box, and the first water storage portion (22) is isolated from the food accommodating portion (21). At least one side of the first water storage portion (22) is in contact with an external ultrasonic vibration device (13), and the ultrasonic vibration device (13) shakes the water in the first water storage portion (22) by means of ultrasonic waves so as to generate water mist particles. The water mist particles are suited to entering the food accommodating portion (21) and adhering to the surface of the food. Using the present lunch box to heat food by microwaves may wet the surface of the food without needing to open the lunch box. Also disclosed are a microwave oven (1) and a method for heating the food in the lunch box.
