Abstract:
The present invention relates to a plasma sterilizing device. The plasma sterilizing device according to the present invention comprises: a reaction chamber; a vacuum forming unit connected to the reaction chamber and forming a vacuum state inside the reaction chamber; a hydrogen peroxide supplying unit for supplying hydrogen peroxide in a gas state into the reaction chamber; a microwave plasma generating unit for generating plasma by using microwaves; and a gas circulating unit including a connecting pipe and a circulating pump connected to the reaction chamber, wherein the gas circulating unit circulates the gas inside the reaction chamber through the connecting pipe.
