Abstract:
A microwave-rectifying circuit for rectifying AC power is equipped with: branch lines which branch off from a branching point on the output side of an input line (1) into multiple lines; impedance matching units (2) which are positioned in each of the multiple branch lines; rectifiers (4) which rectify the AC power and are positioned downstream from the impedance matching units (2) in each of the multiple branch lines; a phase shift unit (3) which shifts the phase of the AC power in a manner such that the synthesis of fundamental wave components of reflected waves produced by the rectifiers (4) is zero at the branching point, and is positioned between the impedance matching unit (2) and the rectifier (4) in at least one of the multiple branch lines; and a branch resistor unit (5) which has a plurality of resistors arranged so as to branch off from the output ends of the impedance matching units (2) in each of the multiple branch lines, and connects the other ends of the plurality of resistors to one another.
