Abstract:
A microwave vacuum drying device and a drying process thereof. The drying device comprises a microwave generator (1), a vacuum drying chamber (2), a material rotating disk mechanism, a vacuum system, and a control system; the microwave generator (1) comprises microwave magnetrons and a microwave transformer electrically connected thereto, and an alternating current contactor is connected in series between each microwave magnetron and the microwave transformer; each microwave magnetron is connected in series to an independent protection device that prevents short-circuiting and overload; the vacuum drying chamber (2) is a hollow container, and both the microwave generator and the material rotating disk mechanism are disposed in the vacuum drying chamber (2); the material rotating disk mechanism enables a material to do circular motion in the vacuum drying chamber (2). The drying process comprises four steps: power on, entering to a main operation interface of a touch screen, parameter setting, and manual operation.
