Abstract:
To provide a microwell film for bioassay that is suitable for a "single molecule enzyme assay" method and a method for manufacturing the microwell film. A microwell film for bioassay, said microwell film being composed of at least a substrate (11) and a resin layer (12) that is formed on a main surface of the substrate (11) and has microwells on the surface thereof, wherein the substrate (11) and the resin layer (12) are formed of a resin having an absorption coefficient at individual wavelength of from 350 nm to 800 nm of 0.01 μm-1 or smaller.
