Abstract:
A middle frame (001) and a preparation method therefor, and an electronic device, relating to the field of electronic devices, and solving the problem of how to obtain a light and thin middle frame (001) having reliable mechanical properties at low cost. The specific solution comprises: drawing a frame (003, 131) substrate to form an edge strip, and bending the edge strip to form a frame (003, 131), the frame (003, 131) comprising an outer frame (1311) and a connecting plate (1312), the outer frame (1311) being connected end to end, and the connecting plate (1312) protruding from the inner side of the outer frame (1311); milling a hole structure (136) on the surface of the connecting plate (1312), or connecting a mounting plate having the hole structure (136) to the surface of the connecting plate (1312), and forming a carrier plate by means of die casting; and tightly connecting the carrier plate to the connecting plate (1312) to obtain the middle frame (001) having better heat-conducting and waterproof capabilities. In addition, the drawing process has the advantage of lower cost than numerical control machine tool processing and metal injection molding, and the frame (003, 131) obtained by the drawing process also has the feature of equal cross-section, which is helpful for improving the mechanical strength of the frame (003, 131).
