| REQUIREMENTS Migraine Treatment Device 1- The invention is related to a portable migraine treatment device to eliminate the migraine disease and its features are characterized to include a microprocessor electronic card (1), a heat sensor (2), a sound device (buzzer) signaling the start and finalization of operation time (3), a green indicator lamp indicating that the device is ready to operate (4), an operating button (5), a red indicator lamp indicating that the device is operating (6), an infrared light source LED lamp (7), a feed unit with power supply . 2- The feature of the microprocessor electronic card (1) used in the migraine treatment device mentioned in requirement 1 is characterized to ensure the operation of the heat of infrared light source, the sound device to start and finish the session, treatment period, and indicator lamp and buttons. 3- The feature of the heat sensor (2) used in migraine treatment device mentioned in requirement 1 is characterized to ensure the heat control of infrared light source led while the heat sensor is applied to certain stimulation points defined over the human body at a frequency defined at a certain wavelength and specified period. 4- The feature of sound device (3) used in the migraine treatment device mentioned in requirement 1 is characterized to signal a "beep" sound when the application of providing infrared lights to certain stimulation points defined over the human body is finalized. 5- The feature of indicator lamps (4) and (6) and device operating button (5) used in migraine treatment device mentioned in requirement 1 is characterized by initiating the device to operate and indicate the operating status. 6- The feature of infrared light source LED (7) used in migraine treatment device mentioned in requirement 1 is characterized as a structure to heat certain stimulation points defined over the human body at a specified period. 7- The feature of power supply ensuring the operation of migraine treatment device mentioned in requirement 1 is characterized as a structure to include battery and power-operated feed unit. |

Technical field related to the invention
The Invention is related to a portable migraine treatment device to eliminate the migraine disease. Infrared lights used in the device are not high-energy lights and they have no harm and side-effects and do not cause changes in the DNA structure of the cell.
Intended use of the device that is the subject-matter of the invention:
Migraine is a single-sided or a double-sided headache resulting from the upsetting of balance of message-transmitting cells that ensure the message flow between the nerve cells and the involuntary nervous system of vessels within the brain. For the migraine disease our device eliminates failures in the balance of narrowing and widening vessels within the brain and eliminates pain through signals obtained by applying the infrared light produced by an electronic microprocessor card with LED at a certain amount of power to the points defined for migraine for a given period.
Known status of the technique
Current devices with the feature to produce infrared light are used in medical sector both in domestic and foreign markets and generally the intended use of the device in beauty and slimming centers for massage and slimming is based on the expert. For example, "EN700 Infrared Device" is a patented product used for slimming.
Technical problems the invention aims to solve
If the drugs used for migraine on the market are used permanently, they may cause unwanted side- effects that change from person to person.
The method of acupuncture is used for migraines in the market. This method may have negative psychological effects on the users of the method because of the fear of needle pricking. In addition, there may be the risk of infection caused by unsterilized needles over the skin.
Laser treatment method is used in the market for migraines. In this method as the acupuncture stimulation points defined for migraine are close to the eye, the laser beam may cause damage in the eye in case they hit the eye accidentally. Besides, the person cannot perform a laser treatment alone.
The most important difference of our device from the current devices is that it is a portable hand- held device and does not require an expert. There is no need for another apparatus while using it. It does not cause damage to the body. Recurrences in treatment practices do not have any side-effects and as the frequency of practice increases, the pain is eliminated and the treatment provides immediate results.

While initiating the practice of migraine treatment, the device feed unit activates the microprocessor electronic card in the device with the incoming power. The green indicator lamp (4) indicating that the device is ready to operate lights up. The operating button (5) is pushed to start the operation. The red indicator lamp (6) indicating that the device is operating lights up and simultaneously the start-up sound device (buzzer) (3) makes a short "beep" sound. The device is initiated to be used over the points for application previously defined for migraine. The infrared light (7) produced by the LED is provided to the points at a specified period with the help of the heat sensor (2) at a temperature defined by the microprocessor. During the session in virtue of the signals created by the infrared lights the failures in the balance of narrowing and widening vessels within the brain are eliminated. When the session period is over, the operation finalization sound device (buzzer) (3) makes a long "beep" sound. The red indicator lamp (6) indicating that the device is operating switches off and the green indicator lamp(4) indicating that the device is ready to operate lights up again and the session ends.
