Abstract:
The migrating smart release encapsulated corrosion inhibitor for reinforced concrete, which is to intelligently release inhibitors into the environment by localizing the pH of concrete in contact with the aqueous environment during the pouring and long-term working times, as well as to create localization and hydrophobicity using an intelligent release mechanism and formulation, which considerably minimizes inhibitor consumption by using the intelligent release method and formulation. The multi-stage emulsion polymerization process is used in four phases to make micron and Nano-sized capsules.
