Abstract:
Disclosed are a migration method and apparatus for a non-private network user. The method comprises: generating a cell list to be processed under a private network, and acquiring Doppler frequency offset data of a mobile terminal in the cell list to be processed; according to the Doppler frequency offset data of each mobile terminal, judging whether the mobile terminal is a private network user; and migrating all the non-private network users in the cell list to be processed to a target neighbouring cell.
