Abstract:
The invention comprises a subcontroller 5 that has: a cumulative-amount monitoring process function unit Fs that determines whether a cumulative amount Cm of raw milk Mo stored in a bulk cooler 3 is in a first state that is equal to or less than a preset cumulative setting value Cs, or a second state in which the cumulative amount Cm has exceeded the cumulative setting value Cs; and a setting change process function unit Fc that, in the first state, changes a normal temperature setting value Ts set in a bulk cooler controller 3c that controls the bulk cooler 3 to a moderated temperature value Tu that is a higher temperature than the temperature setting value Ts, and in the second state, applies to the bulk cooler controller 3c a change command signal Sc that cancels the change to the moderated temperature value Tu.
