Description:
SPECIFICATION

MILKING SYSTEM WASHING METHOD

TECHNICAL FIELD

The invention is a milking system washing method mainly used for washing the system after milking, which both increases the quality of the milk and also prevents the damage of the animal udder.

In particular, the invention is a milking system washing method which provides that all of the milk gauges and claws used in the system are washed in the same standards and which reduces water consumption because of its controllability.

PRIOR ART

In food production, the most used machine for utilizing mechanical and automatic tools is milking machine. Efforts to obtain both animal health and hygiene and quality milk are becoming increasingly important. Inadequate systems for washing milking machines cause problems for users as well as force animals.

Washing of the claws and milk gauges used in the prior art is done manually with humans. This creates problems in large milking divisions and needs more human power.

Manual cleaning of the claws and milk gauges used in the prior art increases water consumption. This leads to material losses especially in big milking divisions.

Manual cleaning of the claws and milk gauges used in the prior art prevents hygienic washing of these components in the desired standards. This affects especially the udder health of the dairy animals, thus causing udder diseases. As a result, the need for an economical, convenient, and systematic solution to the above- mentioned problems existing in the prior art and the inadeq uacy of available solutions necessitate an improvement in the relevant technical field. PURPOSE OF INVENTION

The invention solves the above mentioned problems all at once. The invention in question, in its most general form, is the milking system washing method which allows the milk gauge and claws in the system to be washed in the same standard, and reduces water consumption as it is controllable.

The purpose of the invention, is to make the washing process of the milk gauge and claws automatically. This provides convenience in milking big divisioms and provides the performance of the washing process without the need for manpower.

Another purpose of the invention, with making washing process automatically for the claws and the milk gauges, is provide a significant reduction in water consumption and in this way to prevent financial loss especially in large milking divisions. Another purpose of the invention, with making washing process automatically for the claws and the milk gauges, is to ensure hygienic washing at the desired standards. Thus, protection of the udder health of the milking animals is provided and udder diseases are prevented .

I n accordance with the stated aims, the invention is a milking system washing method which is mainly used for washing the system after milking, which improves the quality of the milk and also prevents the damage of the animal udder. While applying the method, the followings steps are followed

• transfer of water from the clean water pipe to the claw water inlet pipe,

• sending the transferred water to the claws,

· transporting the water from the water inlet pipe to the valve,

• monitoring the amount of water entering the milk gauge with the valve, • detection of the filling of the milk gauge by the sensor and delivery of the milk gauge information to the electronic card,

• cutting off water by the valve with information from the electronic card

• filling other milk gauges with water and waiting the water intake to be cut off,

• repetition of this process according to number of milk gauges and claws,

• during this process, continuously keeping the vacuum in the system open and the water is circulated during the filling process.

• sending information to the electronic card from the system when all milk gauges are full,

• sending information from the electronic card to all milk gauges,

• transferring the water inside the milk gauges from the water outlet pipe to the milking pipe and washing the milking pipe,

• completion of washing of the claws and milk gauge

The present invention will become a preferred product in the industry in its present state and simple structure. Therefore, it will provide a commercial success.

The structural and characteristic features of the invention and all advantages thereof will be more clearly understood by means of the following figures and detailed description which is given with reference to these figures. For this reason, evaluation should be done taking these figures and detailed explanation into consideration.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In Figure 1, the invention is shown for illustrative purposes. In the washing of the claws (40) and the milk gauges (10), water is first transferred from the clean water pipe (70) to the claw water inlet pipe (50), and therefore the water reaches to claws (40). After the water reaches claws (40), the water reaches from the milk hose (30) to the inlet valve (20). The sensor (11) then monitors the amount of water entering the milk gauge (10). The inlet valve (20) can be electronically controlled to detect the filling of the milk gauge (10) and the milk gauge (10) is stopped by the water inlet valve (20). When the information that the milk gauge (10) is filled reaches the electronic card, the water in the inlet valve (20) is cut off and filling of another milk gauge (10) starts. This process is repeated according to the number of milk gauges (10). When these processes are performed, the vacuum remains constantly open in the system and it performs rinsing process during water filling. When all the milk gauges (10) are filled, the information is sent to the electronic card from the system and the water in the milk gauges (10) is discharged from the milk gauge water outlet hose (60) and transferred to the milking pipe (80). By means of this system, washing of all of the claws (40) and the milk gauges (10) is provided with less water / solution than washing by continuous flow. When the washing of the milk gauges (10) is completed, it is ensured that the milk gauge discharge valve (90) discharges the dirty water from the milk gauge (10).

The scope of protection of this application is expressly set forth in the claims section and is not limited to what is explicitly set forth above for illustrative purposes. It is clear that the person skilled in the art can demonstrate the novelty of the invention by using similar structures and / or apply this structure to other similar fields used in the related art. It is therefore evident that such configurations will lack the novelty and in particular the criterion of exceeding the state of the art.
