Abstract:
A coffee mill 1 to which the present invention is applied comprises: a grinding unit 2 that grinds coffee beans 5 with an inner blade 8; a drive shaft 3 that has a rectangular shank 21 having a rectangular cross section and that has one end connected by interlocking with the inner blade 8 and has a prescribed twist around at least a portion of a shaft center 23 in the direction of the shaft center formed on the other end on the shaft center; and an operation handle 4 in which a rectangular shaft hole 22 having a rectangular shape in the plan view is opened and that is connected to the drive shaft 3 by the rectangular shaft hole 22 fitting onto the rectangular shank 21.
