Abstract:
Provided is a mill in which an adjustment part 3 is rotatably attached to a body part 1 so as to be incapable of coming out in the axial direction and the ground particle size for granular food is adjusted by rotating the adjustment part 3, wherein: a means is provided which enables an outer mortar part 4 to move in the axial direction while being inscribed in the body part 1 and the adjustment part 3 and enables attachment and detachment of the outer mortar part 4; a rotation shaft 6 extending from a rotation operation part 2 extends in the downward direction of the mill; an inner mortar part 5 is attached to the rotation shaft 6;and a movement restriction means 44 for restricting the movement of the inner mortar part 5 at a predetermined position is provided on the adjustment part 3. The inner mortar part 5 and the outer mortar part 5 can be removed by releasing the restriction by the movement restriction means 44.
