Abstract:
Disassembly into parts and sorting can be made substantially unnecessary or significantly easy. Provided is a milled electronic appliance which is a powder obtained by milling waste including an electronic appliance. The milled electronic appliance is characterized by comprising particles having a particle diameter smaller than a given size and pieces not smaller than the size, the particles having a TMR index at least twice the TMR index of the waste. The milled electronic appliance is characterized in that pieces having a size at least twice the given size account for 90% or more of all the pieces. The milled electronic appliance is characterized in that pieces having a size at least four times the given size account for 70% or more of all the pieces. The milled electronic appliance is characterized in that the given size is 1 mm. Also provided is a powder which is obtained by milling an electronic appliance, sorting the resultant particles by size, and recovering part of the sorted particles, and is characterized by comprising particles not larger than a given size and recovered from any of the sorted fractions of the milled electronic appliance.
