Abstract:
A millimeter-wave array antenna and a mobile terminal. The millimeter-wave array antenna comprises several antenna units arranged in an array. Each antenna unit comprises a first radiation patch, a second radiation patch, a first ground plate, a power divider layer, and a second ground plate stacked sequentially from top to bottom. The first radiation patch and the second radiation patch are spaced apart and coupled to each other. Two feed ends are provided at the second radiation patch, and each of the feed ends is provided with two feed gaps. The power divider layer comprises two transmission lines, each transmission line comprising an input port and two reverse-phase output ports electrically connected to the input port. The two reverse-phase output ports are respectively coupled to two feed gaps of a feed end to perform feeding. Each antenna unit is excited by two input ports to generate orthogonal polarization and dual-frequency resonance. Thus, the invention can achieve dual-frequency coverage in millimeter-wave bands, generate a null point in the range of a main lobe, and improve a cross-polarization ratio.
