Abstract:
Disclosed in an embodiment of the present disclosure are a millimeter wave communication-based radio frequency system, a method for adjusting a transmit power, and a terminal. The millimeter wave communication-based radio frequency system comprises a Doherty power amplification unit, an antenna array unit, and a micro control unit (MCU). An output end of the Doherty power amplification unit is connected to an input end of the antenna array unit. A control end of the Doherty power amplification unit and a control end of the antenna array unit are respectively connected to the MCU. The MCU controls radiation directions of antennas in the antenna array unit. The Doherty power amplification unit consists of two power amplifiers. The two power amplifiers have the same saturation power. Each power amplifier is connected in series with a switching controller. The MCU controls activation and deactivation of the switching controllers in the Doherty power amplification unit to control a transmit power of the Doherty power amplification unit.
