Abstract:
A millimeter wave/terahertz wave imaging device, a check method for a human body or an object, and a calibration method. The millimeter wave/terahertz wave imaging device comprises: a quasi-optical component and a millimeter wave/terahertz wave detector array (2), the quasi-optical component being suitable for reflecting and converging, to the millimeter wave/terahertz wave detector array (2), millimeter waves/terahertz waves spontaneously radiated or reflected back from a first target (31A) to be checked and a second target (31B) to be checked; and a reflecting plate (1), said first target (31A) and said second target (31B) being respectively located at opposite sides of the reflecting plate (1). The reflecting plate (1) can rotate around a horizontal axis to respectively receive and reflect wave beams from parts of said first target (31A) located at different vertical positions in a first field of view (3A), and wave beams from parts of said second target (31B) located at different vertical positions in a second field of view (3B). The millimeter wave/terahertz wave detector array (2) is suitable for receiving a wave beam from the quasi-optical component. By simultaneously imaging the two targets (31A, 31B) located at opposite sides of the reflecting plate (1), the imaging device improves the check efficiency and is easy to control and low in costs.
