Abstract:
A milling cutter grinding machine, relating to the technical field of machinery, and comprising a machine body (1) and a motor mounted in the machine body (1). A grinding housing (2) and a mounting base (3) are arranged at the top of the machine body (1); a rotating shaft of the motor extends out of the machine body (1) and the mounting base (3) and is fixedly connected to a grinding wheel (4); a tool setting device (5) is mounted on a side portion of the machine body (1); the mounting base (3) is provided with an end surface grinding base (6), a rear corner grinding base (7), a first grooved grinding base (8), and a second grooved grinding base (9); the end surface grinding base (6) is mounted between the rear corner grinding base (7) and the second grooved grinding base (9); the end surface grinding base (6), the rear corner grinding base (7), the first grooved grinding base (8), and the second grooved grinding base (9) are respectively provided with an end surface grinding opening, a rear corner grinding opening, a first grooved grinding opening, and a second grooved grinding opening through which a milling cutter extends for grinding; the end surface grinding opening, the rear corner grinding opening, the first grooved grinding opening, and the second grooved grinding opening are respectively provided with an end surface grinding groove (10), a rear corner grinding groove (11), a first open grinding groove (12), and a second open grinding groove (13). The problem that grinding bases and fixtures on existing milling cutter grinding machines mostly cannot be universal and need to be repeatedly replaced during processing, causing low processing efficiency is solved.
